Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping within Canada
Express - 1 to 2 business days - $21.90
Standard on $100 and up - 3 to 9 business days - FREE
Standard- 3 to 9 business days - $14.90 to $21.90
Shipping to the US
Express - 2 to 4 business days - $34.90
Standard - 4 to 9 business days - $7.90 to $34.90
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lovd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email to info@shoplovd.com with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.
When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.
All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays due to high volume of orders, and you will be notified when this occurs.
